Don’t you just miss the feel of printed photos? Especially Polaroids. I guess that’s why I love film – there’s just something about tangible copies of our memories. There’s also the excitement that comes with it, waiting for a print to develop, whether it’s at the 1-hour counter, in your own dark room, or endlessly staring at (or shaking!) a Polaroid.
I just found out about this great gadget called the Instant Lab from the Impossible Project. It’s basically a machine that turns any iPhone picture into a Polaroid print. How cool is that?
I found out they funded the project via Kickstarter, and now it’s available to the general public. Anybody with an iPhone or iPod Touch can now get one and have at it all they want.
