India-based graphic artist Danish Ahmed made some funny and entertaining movie posters for some of the best films in the last few years or so. Taking things literally, his series “Literal Movie Posters” features clean lines, simple colors, and a humorous literal interpretation of movie titles.

Everything started when Danish looked at the poster for The Wolf of Wall Street and he had a funny thought: what if instead of the movie’s star Leonardo DiCaprio, the poster showed an actual wolf? Sure enough, he created his version of the poster and got pleasant reactions from people.

Not long after, he started playing around with other movie titles such as Gravity, Man of Steel, and Life of Pi, and many others. They certainly reflect his self-description of loving creativity, being mesmerized by aesthetics, and “ardent voting” for minimalism.
