We’ve had our eye on UK artist Yaseen for quite some time now. Probably best known for his food-based art, this experimental connoisseur has been using a number of eccentric and strange media choices for a number of photorealistic works.
Based in Manchester, Yaseen has captured the heart of art lovers everywhere. Taking Instagram by storm with over a hundred thousand followers at the time of writing, this artist is bold and undaunted by the conventions set in mainstream art.
Don’t get us wrong – while he is highly skilled in using traditional media like colored pencils, it’s hard to ignore what he can do with food in his “food + assemblage art.” Ranging from chocolate candies to milk to sandwich spreads, this guy can do anything!
