There’s more than one way to grab people’s attention in order to sell goods and services. I find that guerrilla marketing is not only efficient, but also brilliantly creative. Many people have the misconception that it’s an easy way, but this type of marketing requires a lot of ideas and risk.
Also called “ambient advertising,” guerrilla marketing examples may inspire your next ad campaign, or at least entertain you. Most of these ads are outdoors, but it’s usually on places you normally wouldn’t see an ad. It’s going beyond the conventional billboard and LED screens we’re all used to.
The best kinds of guerrilla or ambient ads provoke people to think about a certain place or thing in a new light, or at least give a nudge to a person’s sense of humor. Commercialism really is an art form, and here are fine examples:
